Norwich and Queens Park Rangers make Premier League return

NPower Champions QPR return to the Premier for the first time since they were relegated back in 1995-96, a 15 season absence after being one of the orginal PL members back in 1992/93

Runners up Norwich City were also an original member of the PL and in the first season finished in third place on 72 points, two behind second placed Aston Villa

The following season they finished 12th before being relegated in 1994-95

Leeds need an unlikely set of results to move above Notts Forest into a play off slot

They need to win at QPR, Forest need to lose at Crystal Palace and turn round a six goal points difference 

QPR who are still awaiting the result of the FA investigation might just need these points if the FA dock them points 

QPR are the team with the meanest defence this season with just 30 goals conceded, 12 fewer than any other side 

Leeds on the other hand are the seocnd top scorers in the CHampionship this season with 79, two fewer than Norwich  

Crystal Palace v Notts Forest - a win secures the play offs!

A win will secure a play off place for Forest as they look to do the double over Palace having won 3-0 at the City Ground earlier in the season 

Over the last three seasons Forest lead the series between the two with three wins, Palace have one and one match has ended all square

Only Scunthorpe have scored fewer goals than Palace this season

Palace have done well at home with 11 wins and six draws to go with just five defeats

Burnley v Cardiff - Blues Birds looking to secure third place

Cardiff will be looking for all three points to secure thiurd place and with the result of the FA's investigation into QPR and possible points deduction these points could be vital!

In five meetings over the last four seasons Cardiff are unbeaten against Burnley with two wins and three draws 

The two most recent matches between the two at Turf Moor have ended in scoring draws 

Cardiff have the best record in the Championship for scoring in the opening 15 minutes of matches with 16 goals, three more than anyone else

After Champions QPR, Swansea have the best home record in the Championship with 47 points, two fewer than QPR, and have the meanest defence

They have conceded just 11 goals at home whilst on the road the Blades have the second worst scoring record with just 17 goals, one more than Crystal Palace 

Swansea have a great record for scoring early in matches this season with 13 goals in the opening 15 minutes of matches, only Reading with 16 have scored more
